Cambria is nine miles south of beautiful San Simeon and 33 miles northwest of San Luis Obispo on highway 1.

Cambria is very sweet, quaint and welcoming. Cambria is also a small-town artistic hub for many artists! This is a nice little getaway if you decide to get away from the busy Hearst Castle area!

This is a very family friendly town and a neat place to take the kids exploring! The west village is connected to highway1; the east village is, or also called old town, is about a mile inland. Beautiful Moonstone Beach Drive is right on the Pacific and has many lovely inns and beachcombing sites.

Both parts are connected to the main street, so it is easy to get you and your family around!

You can take your family on a stroll down the main street and check out art galleries, antique emporiums, children’s bookstores and toy shops! If you are in toy soldiers, you will love the Solider Gallery! In the west Village area the Soldier Gallery manufactures and sell mini soldier’s and other mini war like tools! There is also a lovely farmers market every Friday of the month.

So I know you want to know where to eat, but I just wanted to let you know some other interesting information! If you are going to eat in Cambria, you might as well do some exploring!
